The 160th Health Officers’ Council 2024 Fall Hybrid Conference is set to take place from Tuesday, October 22nd to Thursday, October 24th at the Ocean Promenade Hotel Convention and Banquet Hall, White Rock, BC.
We are looking forward to welcoming you all to White Rock, the traditional territory of the Semiahmoo First Nation, and the broader territory of the Coast Salish Peoples, this October. Those who cannot attend in person are welcome to participate online. Agenda and materials for the conference will be made available at a later date and will be located under the Events Menu Tab.*
To register to attend please select your registration type below and complete the form then click the “PayPal check out” button to complete your registration. All sales are final. Registration types are as follows:
- Regular members
- Semi-retired (self-declared category for those who have formally retired and continue to work in some capacity)
- Retired
- Affiliate members (approved by directorship and include: PHPM or allied physicians practicing in the Yukon, previous HOC members practicing outside of BC, select administrative leadership positions in BC, and select leaders of public health/academic organizations in BC)
- Trainees (PHPM fellows, residents, or medical students)
Please note that in-person registration will end on Monday October 7th, 2024 at 11:59pm. Online registration will remain open until the first day of the conference. In-person registrants may convert to online registration after the deadline (no refund), but online registrants may not convert to in-person after the deadline.
